Tour of Chickens

There are 3 main reason why we move the chickens on pasture.

1. In moving the chickens, it creates a sanitary environment for the chickens. This eliminates the need to use the crutches the industry uses; antibiotics, growth hormones, vaccines etc.

2. Putting the chickens on fresh pasture allows them to scavenge for bugs and grasses that increase the bird flavor and nutritional density.

3. By placing the chickens on pasture the manure is a blessing and not a industry waste product to be disposed of. Instead of depleting the soils like industrial agricultural, the chickens regenerate the soil.
