There are several ways to go about including this in your diet. Some like to dice it into small pieces and mix it with your ground beef when they cook. Another simple way to cook it is to treat it like a steak. Cut it into small slices and sear the outsides on a cast iron pan, leaving the inner part pink.

We farm in a way that models nature. Instead of confining the animals in large barns, the cows are on pasture as God intended. Rather than using many chemicals to keep the animals alive in atrocious conditions, I rotate them regularly from field to field and keep them healthy naturally. Because they are not left to stand in their feces, it eliminates the need for antibiotics and other artificial interventions. The animals take in much nutrition by moving onto fresh pasture, which means this nutrition is passed on to you through the meat! When you eat our beef, you receive the micro and macronutrients the cows receive through the fresh and diverse grasses they eat.
