Meat that is exercised tends to have more flavor, while meat that is not exercised as much, such as breasts and tenderloins, tend to be more tender (hence the name "chicken tenders").
You can enjoy this convenient cut in many ways, and in a short amount of time! We love sauteing them with butter and seasonings and then adding them to salads.
